The conversion of the former management building of a 1970s holiday complex into a holiday home preserves the clear and simple architecture of the building, both externally and internally. A large central core element is constructed at the position of the former chimney, housing a kitchen, a fireplace, a sauna, sanitary and storage spaces. This trapezoidal volume consolidates service functions, while dividing the space into public and private sections. The original sliding door for boats, the roughcast façade as well as the window grating remain mostly intact. Only two new façade openings, essential for connecting interior and exterior areas, are clearly visible as new additions.
