The three-part garage building undergoes a transformation through targeted interventions that maintain its original appearance when closed. By introducing a new internal thermal shell and integrating building services, the space is reconfigured for versatile use. The original appearance of the garage doors is preserved, while a new glass façade follows their rhythm, yet stands out as an independent element due to a centrally positioned crossbar. Sanitary and storage areas are centralized in the middle segment, providing accessibility to all three units.
